These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spirit Driven Success website, courses, content, community, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are

2. Educational content; no guarantees
All courses, teachings, and materials are provided for educational, inspirational, and personal-development purposes only. They are faith-based and reflect our perspective and teaching. Nothing in the Services is professional financial, legal, medical, tax, or psychological advice. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific spiritual, personal, financial, or business outcome.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases, billing, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Any refund policy applicable to a specific course or program will be stated on that product’s sales page or checkout page. Unless otherwise stated, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased content for your own use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

All content, branding, and materials in the Services are owned by Spirit Driven Success or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. SMS Program Terms
Program description
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through a form on our website or landing pages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Spirit Driven Success. Messages may include new course and workshop announcements, event and prayer-group invitations, teaching-series updates, reminders, and special offers.
Consent
You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox and submitting your phone number on our opt-in form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your consent is specific to the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 4–8 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates are set by your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. Spirit Driven Success does not charge for the text messages themselves.
Opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending marketing text messages to that number.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers
The program is generally available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Privacy
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirit Driven Success will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
